HUD not working properly

the table manager will load and detect tables when i start the auto-import. the tables will be detected, stats pop up on some of the tables. but the tables where stats do popup are never updated. it will usually have the first few hands on there and thats it. please someone help me

You're not playing at these tables? But opening them as an observer?

Unfortunately, "datamining" is no longer allowed by the pokerrooms, so you can only see stats on observed tables for a few hands. We call it "pre-fetch" and the settings are in the HUD OPTIONS--->Site Options

If you experience it on tables you're actually playing on, make sure:
Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

I am playing, windows firewall is disables, those 3 exceptions are allowed and i have no 3rd firewall

*edit* also am the admin on vista home and UAC is disabled

My hud stats keep disappearing every time it`s my turn to act.

holdem manager trial 1.09.02 it`s updated

vista home premium 64bit

manager and hud running under admin

may it be fixed without activating "force on top"?

I had a few people fix it by simply recreating their hud prefs files.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager. Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default. If you have any custom HUD's export them first and/or copy the \config folder to back them up.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

I can`t see my own stats on HUD. I can see all others.

I DO HAVE my hero name set up.

On pokerstars, it`s ok, the problem seems to be with fulltilt.

Can you help me?

Do you use multiple/custom HUD configs?

HUD Options > Player Preferences > Appearance > [ ] Disable Hero in HUD should be off.

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called prefs.

Also attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.


Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
