Hi!

Sorry for my poor english...

I used holdem manager on Stars and Full Tilt, and all running ok.
In the last days, i tried to play in Unibet (Microgaming) and Azartia (Partygaming), hm imported the hands, but the hud not working.

I read the FAQ (http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmmain.aspx), and tried to fix the problem, but not working.

I uninstall and reinstall the holdem manager, with no result.

What can I do?

*Please try updating to the latest version 1.09.02 from the link in my signature.

*If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73.
Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09.02

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Azartia Poker (Partygaming) nl cash sh
Unibet Poker (Microgaming) nl cash sh

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

yes

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Not work

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

yes

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

yes

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

I tried many times what the table finder, but doesn't work. I'm sure I've done it correctly according to the FAQ.

About question 9, I'm so sorry, I had not understood.

There is no auto-import configuration for Azartia in your config file. So this will not work.

The Unibet configuration looks of for me - is it still not working? When you are playing at a cash game table (not play money!) are the hands being imported via Auto-Import?

For Azartia:
- close HM
- look for the file exenames.txt in the Holdemmanager\config folder
- open the file in an editor like notepad
- look for the lines with party poker
- create a new entry beginning with the same number (2 on my computer) and the name of the azartia process (see in task manager). The new line should look sth. like:
2, azartiapoker.exe
- save the file
- restart HM and test it.

For Unibet:
- the files are being imported, the configuration looks fine
- table finder doesn't work?
- Please post some screenshots with an open table, the table manager and the contents of the folder importing\hud data.

For Azartia, still not work.

In the first image, when I click ok, nothing happens.

You don't need to click ok - you need to drag the red symbol with the mouse to the middle of the table to identify it.
