View Full Version : Some Party Hands not importing

I'm running 8.2 with version 1.09.02. I couldn't import a Party datamined file yesterday. Also, some hands I played imported abut not all. I guess I'm missing about 400 hands.

How can I see these import errors? What other info do you need? thx-

You will see the hands unter importing\import errors and logs but not with an error message.
Which type of tables/hands?

Please try to import them into a new database.

I'd rather not create a new DB if possible. I just had another session where I'm missing about 400 hands.
Also, can I delete the ImportTraceError.log file? It's 45K KBs

The new DB is just a test to try and make sure your current DB is not corrupt.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21


If the hands to import properly to the new DB Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net


If you have to import again, you may want to upgrade to 8.4.
