tourney info lost

i downloaded and installed the 1.09.02 patch for existing users. HEM works fine after this, but a lot of tourneys i have played have disappeared from the data view. and now all my stats are wrong.

is it possible to retrieve them?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Which sites do you play? If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries.
