difficulty importing hands from two sites

Recently, I started playing at Full Tilt under a different screen name than my Pokerstars screen name. I tried to set up HEM to import the hands from both sites - I set up an alias and linked the two screen names to the alias, but none of the FT hands are showing up in my HEM. When I do the auto import, it shows the hands being imported, but they still do not show up when I go into the cash games tab. Any idea what step I am missing?

You need to change your Playername in the reports to your Alias name. Click on change and enter the first characters of your alias name and then select it from the list.
