So, long story really short. The past month has been the worst computer experience I have ever had. Basically, my laptop and desktop drives were corrupted (lucky timing eh?) and I had to get a new desktop and reinstall Windows on the laptop.
I was unable to uninstall HEM prior to this. Now, when I go to install HEM on the new machines, it will not activate because my keys are still registered on the old unusable machines.
Is there anyway I can still use this keys without having to repurchase HEM? Can you invalidate the old keys and then supply me with 2 new ones?
Thanks for the help.
