So, my holdem manager isn't importing hands, from any site, i cannot import using importfile, import from folder, or auto import.

When i try to import he goes importing for 2sec but nothing happen

Using windows XP, and alredy got the latest beta

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
1.09.02

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
FullTiltPoker 6max cash game, but i've tried to import some sit'ngos hands, mtts and others site and its not working either

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Yes

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
No

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
No

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
got this message "I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the manager has imported som"

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
Using XP

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
Attached

Ps: When i try to register my HM, Help--> Register holdem manager i'm getting an error, i've attached a picture and a .txt whit this error

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your windows auto updates are fully updated.

Try a new DB:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20754


If no help:

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this unisntaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe


If that doesnt work, try reinstalling hm - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20816

Still not working

As i said, using windows XP, AntiVirus McAfee with no firewall

I got no database, cuz i just got a new pc

Try to reinstall postgresql and see if it will import the hands - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=20755


If that doesnt help Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.
