View Full Version : Omaha Upgrade Problem

i just bought the omaha pro upgrade to my holdem pro version.

i used the search feature but tried everything i found.

1. cant find the hem.exe.ldat file to delete after doinjg the steps before

2. entering the new serial in the serial editor also didnt work

3. resetting the license just said be restarting the software that it is succesful , and i had no chance to type in the new serial.

4. i cant even see a omaha tab....only omaha for free with that promo stuff

i just installed the newest version

dont know how to fix,need help plz

Did you try Help->Clear license code?

hello, thx 4 ur answer,yes i did,

already read allthese posts.

when i click clear license it pops up that window which says what to do with the folder options etc.

i cant find that exe.ldat file ......and i also have no folder in shared files/ then its empty ....nothing to delete

via windows search .....also nothing.

i bought the table scanner a few weeks ago.
and i also have the option to clear that license seperately, maybe theres another way because of that, or other folders with the files i have to delete?

i go crazy when i buy it, and cant use it!

so, if possible we can do it over teamviewer when u have no more tipps instructions for me.
