OK, so I've unloaded, reloaded, and downloaded this stuff a bunch of times.
Yes, I have the latest beta and my UAC is turned off. When I am sitting at a table, Table Manager 1.09 pops up and says 0/9 and 0 short.
Also nothing appears in the Active Players Window. It's just blank.
Could this have something to do with it? Please help. This appears to be the only problem.

can anyone help with this problem??
here are all my answers to the troubleshooting page
1) 1.09
2) a)Full Tilt
b)NL Holdem
c)yes
3) read faq on how to set up with full tilt
4)hand histories show up fine
5) hands are being imported
6) tried TABLE MANAGER and it shows the games I am at but shows zero players at the table. TABLE FINDER does not work (shows nothing)
7) hand histories in english
8) UAC disabled

You have configured your archive in the same path as your auto-import path. This creates a never ending loop that overwhelms the HM importer and HUD.

We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere, just dont put it near an import folder.
To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

Also, please install the latest version (1.09.02): http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
