Hi, I purchased the update but I cant clear my small stakes key.

I don't have the files that I have to delete, what can I do?

Hi, I'm using the forum as last chance .. I tried by "the normal way" , but the .lic file is not in my PC, so I cant delete it, I contacted support but they sent me the same links.

This files are hidden files, did you activate the folder options to display hidden and system files?

If you can't work it out you need to contact support@holdemmanager.net again to schedule a teamviewer session.

Yes, the files are not there, I sent 2 mails to support without response

We have no open emails in our support folder, did you check your spam folder for answers?

There is a 3rd option: disable hide protected system files in the folder options.

Yes, the files are not there,

Make sure you have disabled all 3 settings in the folder options:

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html


Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.

Yes, I can access to "shared licenses" folder and there arent files there .

My old small stakes license is expired , I tried the debug mode too and didnt work

please help

Please email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name. Include your license code(s) and your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder.
