Vista HM problem!!!

I am trying to use HM on my vists laptop and it comes up with "Holdem manager has stopped working" close program or check online for solutions.
i re installed it and same thing.
I have UAC turned off, I was using the trial version last sunday and it worked, haven't played all week and wanted to use it today and register it on here, but can't get it to open.

any thoughts ??

Did you reboot your computer?
Please try version 1.09.02 from the link in my signature.

Is your system uptodate (Windows Update, Service Pack level?)
Microsoft .net framework 3.5 Service Pack1 installed?
32bit/64bit?
Which firewall?
Which virusscanner?
