Pop up Hud display problems. Overlapping with stats

I have always had this problem and I have had holdem manager on multiple computers. But when I see others who are running HM1 their popup does not overlap like mine. How do I fix thi?

What's the resolution of your screen/monitor?
Is this a laptop?

Are Windows' DPI settings set to 96/100% (and NOT to 125%?)

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_08Apr2012.exe

the HM1 update will perform a big database update when you run it.
So ignore any "not responding" error but wait for the program to unfreeze and the database update to finish.
Make sure you have enough free diskspace.
If you have a 40 GB database--> the database update would like 10 GB of free space (to use temporarily)
Run dbcontrolpanel.exe and create a new database, if you get an error upon startup.

On which site are you playing? Winamax?
hud options--> config properties--> turn off 'always on top'
