Hi I had the trial version of holdemanager 2 and it expired so today i purchased it. I logged into my holdem manager account to put the liscence agreement number in etc. I copy and pasted the liscence number from the email i got from yourselves after purchasing it. And i keep getting the message when i am on my account page in red letter saying PRODUCT REQUIRED. And when i try to open holdemmanager i get a message saying contact customer support as this cannot connect to the server . A quick repsonse would be appreciated thanks
