Hi,

I've installed HM on 2 pc.
PC1 crushed some weeks ago. I'm playing on PC2 only.
Yesterday I've bought another PC.
Can I install HM on my new PC and register on HM as PC1 ?
Do I have anything to do before ?

Thanks !

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

Yes. Reset PC1 and then you can use the code again to register PC1 to a new/replacement PC.

Hi,

I have 2 problems.

first of all, I cannot entry on HM.

I've registered my new PC and now I'm trying to create a new DB on the new PC.

after registeret the last pc with my license, HM open this form

http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/4026/ttttoz.jpg (http://img11.imageshack.us/i/ttttoz.jpg/)

And my user + pass dont work !
If I click yes doesnt work.

I dont know exactly what i'm doing, but I need to create new db of course.
Where can I do this ? On postgres or HM ?

PT3's default name/password is - postgres/dbpass
HM's default name/password is - postgres/postgrespass

If that doesnt help:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.x\data, move the the pg_hba file to your Desktop and open it with notepad.
2. Scroll to the bottom and change all md5 to trust. Save and close the file
3. Move the file back to the data folder
4. Restart the PostgreSQL service: Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

HM will accept any password now.

I've found the problem:

I had to use superusername + password instead of accoutn name + pass,
