HM2 login

Hello,
I can not login in HM2...
In settings->HM.com Website Login there's only one field(password), i fill it then a popup says "It looks like you didn't sign with your HM2.com account when you originally entered your HM2 serial. Please sign in now."
There's only an OK button, after i click on it: "Error getting login information - email or password is blank."
