I am a vista user , i have done all changes that were presented upon installation
Holdem manager can not import automatically or manually hands from crypto network(sun poker). When i give the comand to import ( from the /log folder) it says that it imports a number of folders but no hands , it is like it doesn't recognise the hands from crypto but when i go in the torney section I can see all the hands I played in tourneys .
In the cash game section when i select my user as hero the number of hands played in tourneys appear on the left , after that no hand appears and there are no stakes to select.
I have tried with Party Poker and the program can see the hands i play in ring games , so the problem is only on crypto.

Please follow the Crypto FAQ http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=144 and also make sure you have http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03g.exe

In E:\SunPoker.com\log folder is there folders and files showing up there, maybe Sun Poker is saving the HH to C:\Program Files\SunPoker.com\Log which is the default

You can check where Sun is saving the HH by going to Requests Menu in the lobby and choosing Hand History then in that window choose Tools > Options and verify that the path is E:\SunPoker.com\log

If its still not working please email me morny@holdemmanager.net and ill check that the HH are valid.

Have they and -s in the file name, They create a HH file and a summary file for each hand, the -s file contains the summary and HM dosent need it so is it ignores these files and if so theres not a problem otherwise email me morny@holdemmanager.net

Xgun suggested here (http://208.109.95.123/forum/showpost.php?p=7212&postcount=3) to import directly from \log\"account number" instead of \log, have you tried that?

If you set it up as per the FAQ it will work, the FAQ say to include the log folder, if you stop at C:\Program Files\SunPoker.com it will probably corrupt the database because your scanning the whole folder including .dll files, setup files, scripts and images and HM is not supposed to be scanning these files and at the very worst it will completely lag during import because of the amount of file it will be scanning, my folder is 10mb so HM would be trying to import 10MB of incompatabile files. You dont need to go any further than the log folder however although it dosent make any difference if you go 1 step further, however make sure your not setting it to the Logs folder as that wont work

Anyway if you had this setup and its no longer working i recommend setting it up as per the FAQ, creating a new database and try again http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

Elanvi, did you email the files and did i get back to you? Im not sure what your email was so PM me if your email if you still require assistance
