syncing hand histories between two computers

hi everyone i just bought a second computer and wanted to syc the hand histories of each computer together. i followed this guide Sync Holdem Manager across Multiple Computers » Longclaw (http://longclaw.com/?p=192) however the hand reports from my first pc are not showing up on my new one. any ideas how i would fix this?

Are the handhistories on PC1 properly moved to the archive folder?
And PC2 computer actually has access to that folder?
And PC2 is using a different archive folder?
(which in turn is added as an auto import folder on PC1)
