Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

hi thanks for the answer - these are all things i know though....

for me it looks like if u go broke on a table somehow the HH from the P5 engine misses it cauz i just went through my hands from today and the ones i went allin and lost ARE NOT in the original HH.txt file from BWIN

Has any1 an explaination for this? How to fix it then.. ?

iam using win xp (dont think that will be the reason...) and got the latest version of HM

Is your HM displaying version 1.09.02 in the title?

If this is the case please mail the original handhistory file with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net.

If not please update and try again.
