The following hand shows cEV diff = -326. Why the negative value if I am a favorite preflop when we go all in? (Using HEM 1.12.09).

The cEV is negative because you win the hand.
Effective stack size is 395

2x 395 = 790 pot size.
AT vs QJ is: you're a 59% favorite.
So you 'deserve' to win 59% of 790 = 466 chips. (this is your equity... what you should win)

You win the hand and win 790 chips. (this is what you actually win)
So the cEV is 466 - 790 = -324 chips (this is the "difference" between the two)
