The import is running

Files imported 1 of 1

And a bunch of incompete hands

No hands are actually being imported, it's like it can't read the HH properly.

Microgaming has changed the handhistory format. You need to update to this Prerelease: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_08Apr2012.exe

Please note the HM1 update will perform a big database update when you run it.
So ignore any "not responding" error but wait for the program to unfreeze and the database update to finish. Make sure you have enough of free diskspace.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe to 1.12.10b
set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

I still have the same problem. I updated HM, set the date to English (US) and rebooted my computer.

The date in the hand history is: 2013/07/27. Is this correct or should I change something else on my computer?

PS. The table manager can't find my table. When I put the red symbol on my table it displays the table below in the screen, but there is no table in de top of the screen.

This is an old thread with an old build in the link you quoted.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_26Jul2013.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips
