Hello,

i am mostly playing on Unibet and my HEM and HD are working perfectly there. I was playing long time only on unibet.
I have a strange problem on every other room i try to play and my replayer including. I have to manually add every single table with table finder every time i want to play on different place than unibet. My replayer is having the same problem.

I am using 1.09.02

P.s I have this problem too http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=8985&highlight
When im on the HEM forum its like i am alt tabing 3 times every second. It is the same with some other random programs but only when my HEM is working. When i close my HEM its fine. Please help?

P.s.2 I found out that this is happening to windows that only have anything to do with HEM - for example if i have 3 tabs in my firefox when im on the tab with this thread it is happening. If i go to other tab(google for ex.) it is ok. Sometimes it is happening with full tilt or stars or we...

P.s.3 Sometimes HEM crushes when this flickering is happening and the program that crashes is called "overlay"

Have you configured a new auto import folder for each new site?

Options > Configure Auto Import Folders

You can search our FAQ's for your poker site network and find a setup guide.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? What other programs are running? Any AHK scripts or Hotkey programs like Table Ninja or Poker Shortcuts?

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or else you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. Windows 7 you MUST set all the executables to always run as admin.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your Task Manager. Right-Click on your bottom Taskbar and choose Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab, and click on the CPU column heading (possibly twice) to sort in a descending order (arrow pointing down).

Take a 2nd screen shot. This time click on the Memory column heading so that it is sorted in descending order as well.

......

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.

hi fozzy and thanks for your support,

i think i managed to solve the problem. i did a complete reinstall of my firewall, poker clients and HEM. and now it seems everythink is running smooth. I think there was somekind of a problem with the way my firewall treated the combination of the hud layout over the poker tables.

I think its fine now.

Thank you for the time!
