when I go to cash games -> reports I can't get any hands to appear at the bottom, clicking on last 100 / last 500 / all seems to do nothing. this is also the same when I go on the cash games -> hands tab

Some of the other tabs function properly though? This is often a sign of a corrupt DB.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or else you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. Windows 7 you MUST set all the executables to always run as admin.

sorry, i have been away for the last few days -updating the to the latest beta seems to have fixed it. Just so you know, the problem occurred after I manually vacuum analyzed the database. All hand reports were appearing, all graphs etc, just the lists where it actually displays each hand individually was missing.

this problem is not fixed after all, seems to be totally random if hands will load or not. I have been trying to go over my hands from todays session and all I get is this:

I'm using windows Vista with the latest version of HM, I've done all the UAC stuff. Have you any other suggestions because I would rather not transfer my database to a new one as it has around four million hands.

You could try a reindex via pgadmin ->maintenance but if that doesn't fix it its time for a new database.

how can I get my hands into a new database? I have had to avoid this for the last few days because I need to play every day to hit a milestone, and moving the amount of hands that I need to will waste a day. The HMArchive folder doesn't only contains 400 hands...
