Hello, I´m having some problems using HM at Betway. I have lots of missing hands. Allmost every big pot it seems like =(
I have looked at the other threads but no luck so far...Have installed the latest patch but the problem remains.

Any ideas??

Unfortunately microgaming uses an inefficient GameHistory.DAT file system instead of a more common .TXT or .LOG files.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

The list with the guestions helped me some. I noticed a really n00by misstake I´ve made. I had installed the swedish version of Betway. So first I changed to english. Restarted the program and deleted the old dat file. Unfortunately no hands was stored later when I was playing, so I reinstalled Betway in English directly this time. Now it works much better. But the winnings are still showing incorrectly. I suppose it´s because I play in both $ and €....Is there any way to fix that?

Tnx for the help! :)

At the moment we don't support EUR. The hands will be imported in $. This is part of the next scheduled updates

Multi-currency support is planned for the upcoming 1.10 beta versions. Make sure you keep your gamehistory.dat files and move them occasionally/regularly to the archive. HM is unable to archive the .dat files like it can with .txt/.log files.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

A new handhistory file should be generated.
