HEM wont start after PC crash

Hey guys..

i have some troubles wiht my Pc lately.. he will just shut down whenever he decides. It's like someone turns off the power.

so after this crash HEM wont start anymore and i get an error message that says:

and press ok.. and immidiatly i get another error report like this

i tried to update also after that it doesnt work
