My HM has gotten fucked up. What i did was i buy Omaha support a few days ago, i have had HEM for more then a year and now i aded Omaha. I deleted the file called HoldemManager.exe.lldh or soemthing like that. I did this so i could register the new key i got with the Omaha purcase.

Now i cant use HEM no more, it says that i cant activate it since my hardware profile has change and i need to activatit, but then i try to activate it it fails. And i dont get promted no where to input my new code, i guess i has the old key saved somewhere. I have uninstalld HEM and reinstalled but still the ssame problem. What to do, i need to start playing asap and i dont get any email support from you???

You just need to clear your license and enter your new code. Then you can switch between game types in the same program using the game-type drop down menu on all the tabs. Omaha is integrated seamlessly.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Help > Reset License > Restart HM > Register > Enter new code

If you have any problems try to reset your license here:

http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

*If you have any problems with either of the above, please email your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.

That is probably because you deleted the file you mentioned.

If you have never been there before, you wont have a username until you have registered there. You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

Unfortunately I dont know if this will actually help you, in your current state.

Try this:

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files - DO NOT delete any other files with similar names

Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net.

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.
