no custom reports file found

ok i am trying to import the rakeback stat to show rakeback earned under reports. I followed the instructions under the FAQ and i do not have a custom reports file under my reports folder.

I did not read where i am supposed to create one, and i searched this forum but found nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
