Import errors

I just updated to the new version and was trying to import some hands and I'm getting this:

What could be causing this?

What site are the hands from originally? 1,000 hands per file,... are these exported from HM?

I downloaded them from pokertableratings.com

You still havent said what site they were from. If you want to send in a file to support we can take a closer look at the file/hands. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net

I have the same problem with pokerstars and ipoker hands. All hands are datamined, and all give errors, nu duplicates (not with hands from the same site some days back)

There was no problem with this customers hands. Once he created a new DB they imported fine.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

Seems better now. Still same database. But another thing. I have around 550+ HH files in a folder (combined Ipoker and Star), and I select Import from folder. HM says: 325 files found. When importing is finished, indeed 325 files have been imported. When I random pick 30 files, and reimport them, it says all hands are duplicates. What has been done with the other 200 files?

I would have to look at the files/folder to be sure. Some of them may be unsupported. Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.
