View Full Version : HEM Won't start.... help

I update to 1.09 and HEM was working. I left for a couple of days and came back and HEM stopped working.

I try to open and it shows in the processes in the task manager but doesn't show up on my toolbar or anything.

I am running windows XP and am current on my updates.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work and i received the same results.

I also tried adding holdemmanager.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe to my firewalls exception list...(never had a problem with it before)

any help is greatly appreciated.

Which firewall and anti-virus are you using?

Please update to the latest version 1.09.02 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If that doesnt help I will probably suggest a reinstall using revo - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20816

I am using the windows firewall and AVG anti-virus

I am update to 1.09.02 already and still nothing.

I did us Revo as my uninstall method and rebooted then re installed and still nothing...
