Hands importing on cake, but no stats showing up at the table

The hands are being imported to HEM 1, I can see my wins and losses, all accurate,
Table manager finds all my tables..

But it shows all stats as Zero for the stats, as if it isn't recognizing that lots of hands have been played and imported..

also, for what it's worth, I am having no issues on carbon poker.
any ideas?

OK I installed that update, and Tablemanager is still finding the table,but now instead of zero's being displayed for stat info, no stat boxes are popping up at all at the table! If I view a hand in replayer though, stats are shown accurately in the replayer window. I'm using windows 7, cake newest version, and table manager.

Also I opened a second table, which was not recognized by table manager.

And it seems table manager at the first table stopped noticing hands after 8 hands...

(before i had been using 1.12.08, and now i'm using 1.12.10, the update you linked me to)

OK I tried TableFinder just now:

TableFinder worked for showing stats for hands that had been played up until the time that I loaded tablefinder, but it didn't continue to update stats for hands currently being played.. any ideas??

I tried the new version, it still did the same thing (not working correctly).

It works fine on iPoker and Carbon, just not on cake! so frustrating!

please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Go to your auto import settings:
Use the same archive folder for Cake as the other sites: C:/HMArchive
Check if C:\Cake Handhistoriesapril4 is where Cake actually saves the hands.
Change it to something like Cake\Handhistories (without a space between cake_&_handhistories)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

When I updated the .09 my HUD didn't work anylonger on some the other networks like Microgaming & Everleaf. So I just need an Update to the .10 to make the HUD working on Cake. I just play NL Holdem.

I setup the last update but hud appears in my last table but not at others. When I open a new table I dont see the hud as well. This problem exists about 1 month and couldnt solve it yet. Please help me about that. Thank You.
