I just setup Holdemmanager on my laptop and i need to get it on my desktop aswell. how do i do this?

You can use the same code for 2 PC's, just choose the PC#2 slot when registering.

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

I got it setup on my other computer, put it on PC#2 but i have a problem with the posgres installation when i begin i get an error saying...

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Package."

what do i do now?

Install our new PostggreSQL installer - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/pginstaller.exe

It will be much simpler.


The reason you got that error:

If you only double clicked the .zip download, you only opened it up in a preview window of sorts.

- Right-Click > Extract All to your .zip file.
- That should create a new folder with the contents, which should allow the setup to run properly.
- If you have any issues with the windows not having an Extract menu under Right-Click, try www.7zip.org.

i got a popup saying it could not be installed

Try installing this version then: download the 8.4 version - http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgdownload.do#windows
