View Full Version : Moving between tables hot-keys not working

I have been having this bug on TNPP, basically it took some time for the default raise that I have setup to shove up at the raise box. Now this sunday TNPP was also having trobles with the move to next tbl and move to the next tbl that requires action hotkeys. Basically both of those hotkeys just brings me to random tbl. I tried to RR table ninja, and my PC (i did this on brk @ mtts, after i came back all my pokerstars settings where deleted.. is this and TN issues connected?) didnt help. Also tried to change the hotkeys to another key, no help.
How do I fix this? Is the Stars error connected with this?

TableNinjaPP shouldn't have any control over or effect on Stars. I'm not sure why your settings would have been cleared. For the cycling problem try going to TableNinjaPP>General and check the box marked "Fix Cycling Loops". To help with general lagginess try switching to an Aero based Windows desktop theme. Then go to the start menu search and type "performance information and tools", without the quotes, and hit enter. In the new window that pops up click the adjust visual effects link. Choose custom and make sure everything is disabled except the following:

enable desktop composition
enable transparent glass
show thumbnails instead of icons
smooth edges of screen fonts
use visual styles on windows and buttons

Also make sure UAC is disabled according to the following instructions:

I did all that, it helped for the hot key lag, still very laggy in the open raises etc, still takes 5secs for TN to type in the amount.
I also couldn't find enable transparent glass.

The problem that I have now is when I 10 tbl the hotkey between tbls error comes back

It sounds like there may be a few problems. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNPPLog and TNPPConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinjaPP

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at How to make screenhot? Taking screenshots is fast and free. No software to download (http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm). Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

I'm not always sure which forum post is associated with the emails that come in. If your having trouble with TableNinja please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com. If the problem is with TableNinjaPP the same files apply but the folder and file names will have PP instead:
