I just switched from PT3.

Okay so I've read quick start / FAQs and still dont know what im doing wrong.

I already had the pokerstars hand histories saving for PT3 so its not that.

On HEM I have auto import folder on c:\program files\pokerstars\hand history\ + subs

I go into a table and start auto importing. I check the PStars folder and its importing fine. I see HEM updating but every time it imports it says "X" amount of errors.

Ex. 1 of 1 files imported, 14 errors

Basically my importing is messed but I dont know how to fix it or where I went wrong

and I cant select my hero HUD name because its not importing correctly

Also table manager comes up and says 0/9 players when theres like 7 in there

update : I reinstalled HEM once with Revo deep and same issue. I tried creating a new DB same issue. Im on XP

Please try updating to the latest version 1.09.01 from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73.
Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
