I am receiving an error after HEM attempts to open the auto-import configuration just after opening the program. Says its a DB control error.....really annoying

Please reboot your computer,

If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73.
Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

I have restarted my computer, I have stopped and restarted postgres in services, I have brought down my entire firewall, I am running as admin, I need some serious help is there a support line I can call I paid for service and software not just software and im getting the run-around. Please help
