Hi,

I am having some problems importing observed hands from i-Poker (BetFred).

I've read through the FAQs and couldn't find anything that covered this issue.

I can import my own hands but not tables I have open that I'm observing.

Table Manager shows all tables I have open but only puts the stats onto the table that I am playing.

So far I have:

Configured the auto import to look at my screen name in my I-Poker folder (and it shows this + subfolders + archive files in the auto import window)

Checked that hand histories are getting saved (which they appear to be but are in XML format which is different than how the FAQs show the files).

All the chat options are ticked on i-Poker (dealer, player, summary, card images, player action)

Am running Holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe as an Administrator

Added Holdemmanager to my exclusion list on my firewall

Questions:

Where would observed hands write to? Would they be in the hand history folder that holds my hands in seperate xml files? I can't see them if that's the case

Is Betfred writing the hands in XML whilst the rest of i-Poker uses txt files and this is the issue?

Do I need EyePoker or similar to be able to succesfully observe hands?

-----------
Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Rob.

iPoker doesnt save observed handhistories, so you need a 3rd party tool for datamining
