Dear support

My Holdem manager dosent work right! It dosent show stats after i play some hands for a while. When i try to find the table under table manager it shows the table, but with no players. If i try the Table Finder it says: "i can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Mangaer has imported some" - But i have seen the manager have imported some!

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall hold em manager and SQL(dont know if i removed it all) - that didnt work out either, and i have my friend looked at it.
I tried also to make a new folder and reImport hands.

I have vista 64bit, i dont have UAC on and i play on PokerStars. The newest version of Hold em manager.

It seems like it cant find any people under "Setup Hero Names"

I am ready to do some TeamViewer and i got it installed.

Messias1337's problem was solved by changing the PokerStar's "save handhistory folder"----> making sure the "auto import folder" in HoldemManager was set to the same directory---->HERO name was selected in "CHANGE" (player name)

Other things you can try:
-look for the hidden file postmaster.pid in the postgresql data folder, delete it and restart your computer...
-follow these intructions to fix your hosts file: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=8182

Hi, i'va tryed all you said to me. I deleted postmaster.pid, The hosts were already fixed and i tryed to select name in cash games, player, change. and the result is the same. It doesn't find any name. I have followed the installing guide for all instalation but i don`t know what else can i do.

Which site do you play on? You're sure the handhistories ARE being imported correctly? If, so PM me, to schedule a teamviewer session so I can help you.
