thanks in advance and correct mt if im misdoing something .
1- 1.09 Beta 42
2- NOIQ,FTP, the problem only occurs on PS

Basicly HEM import HH from ps folder but doesnt show on reports and table manager says table is empty.

What happens if you manually try to import the files via import file or import from folder?

Can you click on the Change button in the reports (not on the arrow besides) and select your Stars player name?

Just to make sure: HM doesnt support play money.

If you are playing SnGs/MTTs you need to use an english stars client.

Hem import the files , e can see it importing 1 from 1 every hand but it just dont show any of that or any player from PS HH . and the HUD recognizes the tables with the names but says its empty always

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

i already have tried other DB because i had a similar problem with FTP .
Im having problems opening the first link but i got the last update isnt 1.09 42 beta the last one ?

No, we released 1.09 and now updated to 1.09.01.

There are some bugs in .01 though, so install 1.09 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.09.00.exe

i have updated to 09 but the problem stands :S By the way when HEM import PS file says Files: 1 of 1 Hands: 0 of 0
The Files from HH on PS paste is not in english maybe thats the problem ???

The hand histories MUST be in English. HM cant import in multiple languages.

To get all your missed hands imported email support@pokerstars and ask for all your old hand histories and tournament summaries to be sent to you in English. Then you can import your archives.
