Was running a pre-retail version of Win7, and upgraded this weekend. Everything appears to work .... except HEM.

I've uninstall/reinstalled 5-6x (with, and without Revo), made sure everythings checked to run as admin, tried right-click-run-as-admin'ing, as well as checking my user list to see if I indeed was the only admin on the system. All appears to be in order. The strange things?

Under 1.08.04, the first version I looked at (and still had on my system), it installs, runs, and registers fine. Upon upgrading, it completely fails and leaves me with a non-working program.

Upon running 1.9:

I was trying to use the 1.08.04, until after acouple of SnG's, I realized the HUD stats were completely bonkers and not worth using at all. Any advice on how to actually use this now that I've upgraded to the "new and improved" Windows 7? Everything in the 2nd pic of "Holdem Manager just won't register on my computer" has been done as far as date/time/holdemanager.exe.ldat/firewall/etc.

Did you reset your license via our registration system (link in my signature)?

Could you please turn off the Windows firewall and try again?

Yeah, the registration list was reset so 0 computers were in it, and additionally, despite the fact I don't normally run with firewall down (duh), I have turned it off during attempts for this with no success.

Don't know whether you already did all things from this sticky: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=20612

If you can't work it out please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session.

Thought I caught it when I realized the HoldemManager.exe.ldat file was hidden (didn't know that from the popup on HEM) but nuking it didn't seem to solve it :( I'll shoot an email over later, thanks for your help.
