HUD not working with Prima/Unibet MTT's

Hi,

The HUD works fine in cash games but when playing tournaments HM does import the hands, I can see the stats are being counted in the Active Player Details Window, but the HUD doesn't pop up and hands aren't being counted in the Table Manager.

I've looked and found multiple old threads about this and followed the suggestions posted there, but haven't found any solution.

I'm using Windows XP and the latest HM version 1.09 beta 43. Is this a known issue or did I miss the solution somehow?

Please update to the latest release version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

Change Import from Subfolders option to no in the configure auto-import settings for your skin.

Delete/move the handhistory file, and try again.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Using the latest release, deleting the old gamehistory.dat file and using the table finder solved it, thanks.
