So late last week I got an update from Kaspersky to upgrade from 2009 to 2010. I've never had any problems with 2009 and have been using it for months now.
Now that I've upgraded to 2010, I can't get the table manager to work, and when I run maintenence on the HEM db from pgAdmin, it runs for a bit then tells me the connection to the database was cut off. And then when I open HEM again, I get the "can't connect to 127.0.0.1" error
I uninstalled and went back to the 2009 version, and everything works just fine again. Upgraded back to the 2010 version, and it blows up again.
I added the following exclusion to the 2010 version in hopes that would fix the problem, but no luck:

I also disabled the Web antivirus and the Proactive Defense options, but neither helped.
I'm running postgresql 8.3, and HEM 1.09 Beta 42, on WinXP Pro fwiw.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Susie
