i just purchased the new omaha tracker but i wanted to know do i have to clear my current lisence on my holdem manger and put the new one in or is there a new section to download. i currently have the profestional 1.09 beta 40 version.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

1) Help > Clear license code.
2) Close HM, restart HM, click Register, and finish the registration process.
3) If you have any problems, please try using our registration system to reset your license. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/
4) If you have any problems beyond that, please email the details to support@holdemmanager.net.

ok managed to download new up date but it wont let me clear my licence i can only registar my old licence. i cant find the file which it says to be located in. and my new code has not been used so i cant reset it with.

You can't choose help->clear license code?

no i can do that but it says i have to do it manually which i cant find the file to delete.

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Hello i have the same problem and i cant find the file which has to be cleared!

Hi,

Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder and ill see whats going on
