Import Files but 'Players' Tab remains empty

HEM Support,

I'm experimenting with HEM importing the hh files from my hd which runs ok but then no data is displayed in the other tabs. I'd expect to see the last 100 hands I played and the summary of all the players I've played with by default.

Am I missing something here?

That tab is for running filtered searches on your entire DB according to the filters/criteria and report selected on the left side-bar. The default report is for players from this month with 1k hands. Broaden the search filters.

I play at paynorake.com and pokerstars. It seems to be importing just pokerstars files tho I also imported the paynorake site stats, but they don't show up.

I know that you guys don't support HUD running on other than the listed sites. However, can I configure HEM to recognize paynorake.com txt files? I don't care about the HUD, I'm just interested in the stats.

I have never heard of it. The only way would be to find a hand converter that converts those text files to pokerstars formatting.
