HUD working on FT but not on BWIN

hi support?!

i just recently decided to give BWIN(ongame) a short after figuring that &§$% out with the AppData folder. my HEM does import my stats, however does not display the HUD stats, while the HUD stats r displayed at the running FT tables. the table finder does not even recognise the table.

some advice please

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

A screen shot or 2 of the table finder wouldnt hurt eiter.
