Party poker.it (italian version) HUD doesn't work

Hi.
So, I play on party poker.it and I'd like to use the HUD with it but... no luck. :mad:
- I use the english client
- I read the HM FAQ about the problems.
- I tried the table finder. It saw the table where I played but when I moved the red finder nothing happens.
- My HM is updated to the last beta patch.

I don't know what else try.

Any advice?

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Please answer these questions -

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

last version available - 1.09

If you don't have the latest version, go to the releases forum and download the newest version and relaunch the HUD to see if the problem still exists

I already have it

2) a. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?

partypoker.it and only for it (pokerstars, for example, works well)

b. Which type of game(s) are you playing? NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT

SnGs and MTT

c. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

Of course ;)

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes, I read it.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Yes, I can use them with the HM replayer.


5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

Yes

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

With pokerstars or fulltilt or everest it works well. Not with partypoker.it

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

I use XP.

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

I already did it in the previously message and in this, too.

No, I did mean the Table Finder.
In the attachment there is another jpg where I (try to) use the table finder with Party Poker.it.
As you can see the Table finder "sees" the Party Table but if I move the red cross on it, nothing happens (I tried to select the table and move the red cross on the table number or the table name but same results).
I else attach an HH hoping it'd be useful for you

I guess its caused by the Euro buyins of the Tourneys.

I'm not sure whether you use the table finder correctly. You need to drag the red cross with the left mouse key from the table finder directly onto the given window and drop it there (in the middle of the window).

Sorry. I moved the red cross on the raw in the table finder instead of the Party windows.
Now it works.
