Hi I'm french

HM doesn't want to start.
It stops at "validating".
Here is a screenshot :

Which firewall and antivirus? 32 or 64 bit XP?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

I got the XP firewall and Eset Nod32 Antivirus

32bit XP

I've done everything that you recommand and it still doesn't work.

Maybe I should try an older version of HM?
Have you got a download link for that?

Any other security / tuneup / spyware ... software installed?

XP Service Pack 3 installed? All Windows Updates installed?

Any other software which could cause the problem? Looks like you are using a desktop theme.

Please post a screenshot of your complete desktop with the HM window.

I resolved my problem and HM works now.

Yes I was actually using a theme and I reinstalled a clean windows XP.
