Reintalled HM to often - Need help

Dear HM Support,

i updated my Systems once from XP to Vista (major leak) and now from Vista to Win 7.

Same with my Notebook.

Now i have to often registrated my Holdem Manager.

I cant activate it online, because HM says i should deactivate my old version of HM... but ive format c:, so i cant deactivate ist.

What should i do?

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.


If you still have problems, try this:

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


Problems Registering Table Scanner:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HEMGUI.dll.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HEMGUI.lic)

If you can't find those files, contact support@holdemmanager.net - DO NOT delete any other files with similar names
