Hi,

I was trying to figure out how to make it so I can get to see the who won the last few pots on each table (still dont know how to do this) and I was messing around with the hud options, table display settings.

Im pretty sure I have it what it was set on before but now out of the blue HUD stats will sometimes disappear in the middle of a hand on a table or two, making it difficult to play.

As well now, the stats will appear on any pages im browsing if they are open.

my current settings are:

won/loss mucked clicked
click for popup clicked
WYSIWYG clicked
Force ontop clicked
enable logging clicked.

What am I doing wrong/ what are the original settings?

turn on [x] Show Table Avgs and change Number of Pots to 0

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called prefs. To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Please update to the latest 1.09 version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

holdem + omaha ver. 1.09 beta 40

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

trying to but apparently my extentions are off?

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/
