Problem during restore

I've recently had to reinstall my operating system. I made a backup of the database and now I'm having problem restoring the database.

I restored the database in pgAdmin and I see it on the database list. However, when I run HEM there's nothing available in the Database Control Panel. Need some help please.

Are you sure the restore was successful otherwise it should show up, please try the restore again
