Hi, I haven't opened my HEM because I haven't been at my desktop for a while. Today, I tried to open it, the opening screen comes up for a second, then the whole program comes up for a second, but then it just instantly disappears. I look in the bottom right corner and my Norton shows me a message that says something like "scanning something" and then it disappears quickly as well.
My HEM is not running at all after this, and I cannot figure out how to turn my Norton off (because I think it might be hindering me from running HEM).
Any ideas?
(Yes, my User Account Control is still turned off.)
