View Full Version : can't register HEM

I just changed internet connections, and HEM is now asking me to re-register/activate it.
I can get by the register part with my #, but once i start trying to activate it, there's like a ping timeout or something and it won't work.
"could not activate license at server. The operations has timed out"

Try disabling any firewalls and internet security.

Hi,
what kind of internet connection are you using now? How are you connected? (Router/Modem; Cable/Wireless)

Have you tried disabling or uninstalling your firewall temporarily? Have you set program exceptions in the firewall?

and yes i've tried all of this, im not computer stupid. can we get this fixed please it's really taking a toll on my grinding
