hud dont work on ftp

Hi
i got today my key for the smal stakes version of HM after using the trial of 1.09.xx beta
but now the hud on ftp dont work.
i have windows xp
1.09 final
i tried all the steps with making a new config and restart.
the table manager starts , the hands are importing so i can see and replay them in the session tab, the table finder says there are no hands unattached.
the table manager finds the table but shows no stats and the hud is not starting.

what can i do?

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
